Fanous CAD CAM Designs creates custom jewelry using jewelry specific design software. We create the piece in 3D and make changes in real time based on your input and decisions on the design. We then generate a detailed photo realistic 3D image that can be made into a dimensionally accurate wax model ready for casting and finishing. This is a truly custom jewelry design experience. CAM - Computer Aided Manufacturing Services

Rapid Prototyping design is done with the Envision Tec Perfactory and the Revo540 Multiple-Axis Milling systems. These systems are designed specifically for the jewelry industry so the piece designed can be precisely milled and made ready for casting. Rapid Prototyping is the best method of creating precise jewelry models directly from the 3D CAD data. By using this system, jewelry design models can be made fast, precise, and very cost effective. We can cast your model in platinum or gold with our in-house equipment and have the complete finished piece ready for you.

Getting Started

You can supply us with a fully detailed CAD jewelry design or even a simple sketch with some measurements in millimetres. We will then take that drawing a create a CAD design that is able to be seen in 3D before the model is even created. Once the 3D design is approved, we can proceed to creating your custom finished jewelry piece.

If you already have a model made with your own CAD program, you can send us the file and we will work with you from there.
